Septic Service Terms and Conditions

WITHOUT PREDJUDICE: – Cancellation Fee may apply.

Service Fee applies if we cannot do the job upon arrival.

To allow service to be completed successfully ;

• We need to get within 40m of the job.
• Clear Access is required, free from trees, pets, livestock, locked gates, vehicles etc.
• Septics cannot be overgrown, buried, built over or in confined spaces.
• You guarantee your property is firm enough to drive on.

All tanks are pumped out completely and considered anchored into place.

You must refill poly tanks with water immediately after pump out to avoid ‘floating’.

Aerated Tanks must be operated by the owner or service technician to avoid pump burnout.

Byron Shire Customers: Byron Shire Council does NOT accept Compost Septic Waste and Baby Wipes so we must know if you have either of these before arrival to avoid contamination costs.
